On November 7th at 6pm ET at the Modern Theatre, join Brandeis University Press, the Ford Hall Forum at Suffolk University & GBH Forum Network for a special two-part program on historical approaches to solving inequality in the Boston school system.
The program will begin with a screening of GBH News documentary, Never Cried: Boston’s Busing Legacy, followed by a talkback with filmmaker Emily Judem. The second part of the evening’s program will feature Professor Susan E. Eaton who will discuss her book, The Other Boston Busing Story: What’s Won and Lost Across the Boundary Line, about the long-running voluntary school desegregation program known as METCO.
The evening’s moderator is Stephanie Leydon, executive producer of digital video, GBH News.
